ITEM OR SIZE UNAVAILABLE
If an item or a specific size is not listed or cannot be clicked on in the webshop, it means that the item or size is (temporarily) out of stock and cannot be ordered. Leave your email address on the product page to receive a notification when the item becomes available again. You can also contact one of our stores to check in-store availability.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from DHL via email. Use this code to check the status of your order.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed, as they are processed automatically in our systems. However, after receiving your order, you can return it if necessary.

DISCOUNT CODE
You can apply a discount code during checkout. If the discount amount does not match the total invoice amount, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using one of the available payment methods. If you used a discount code for your order and returned the entire order, you can request a new discount code with your order number by emailing [email protected]
